I'd rather die a maid, yes, but then she said,
And be buried all in my grave,
That I'd have such a nasty, husky, dusky, musty, fusky, Coal black smith
A maiden I will die.

Then she became a duck,
A duck all on the stream;
And he became a water dog,
And fetched her back again.

Then she became a hare,
A hare all on the plain,
And he became a greyhound dog,
And fetched her back again.

Then she became a fly,
A fly all in the air;
And he became a spider,
And fetched her to his lair.

This campaign has taken a toll mentally and physically. I'm looking forward to having a bit of down time to make art again and get some much needed rest. PSA: Dear friends, it appears that I’ve reached the point of exhaustion. I'm drained and in desperate need of some quiet, rest and solitude.

Between email, Etsy, Kickstarter, Instagram and Patreon - the volume of messages and comments about the cards has become unmanageable and regrettably, it is no longer sustainable for me to reply to each of you individually. This means that if your inquiry isn’t urgent or related to an existing order, I won’t be able to get back to you. I'm truly sorry, I wish I had time to respond to all of your lovely messages but it's just not possible anymore. Lately, if I’m not locked into a screen, I’m busy furiously packing and shipping orders - neither of which are very nourishing for the spirit.

With that said, I’ll be spending more time in the meatspace and less time in the screen space - I gotta unplug and go lie in some dirt and look at the stars and let the soft animal of my body love what it loves. I need to carve out more time in my life to make art and do ritual work. If my devotional practice falls to the wayside, then everything else quickly loses its meaning.The whole reason I’ve chosen the crooked path and all of the challenges that come with it is to be feral and free - if not most of the time then at least some of the time

I’ll pop on here once in a while to share info about reprints, shop updates and new offerings. If you’d like to stay in the loop about future projects, please sign up for my mailing list via my website. I don’t send out newsletters very often but when I do, you’ll want to hear about it…I have exciting things planned for the year ahead.
